Well our Kumeroa kids are doing it! Four days a week these students are enjoying independent reading.
Following is the Success Criteria that the students co-constructed.
You will see …
- Everyone sitting down and reading quietly
- Reading a ‘just right’ book
- A different book that interests each student
- Every person has their own book
- Students stay sitting
